Our People
Managing Director Jacques de Lange leads a strong and experienced team of staff. These people have evolved and grown with the company over a decade.
Every project manager, foreman and supervisor in our company is trade qualified. Every team member has a grounded, hands-on approach. We employ wage based carpenters and joiners. We do not believe in contracting out such a core responsibility.
Our staff are happy, fulfilled and continuously challenged to grow in their roles. We have a very good working relationship with each team member. As a result, we are very proud that our staff turnover within our company is almost non-existent.

Jacques is a qualifi ed quantity surveyor. He earned his B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying in South Africa. He has 5 years experience in civil construction, and 17 years in general building and interiors.

Glen has been involved in the construction industry from 1992 mainly in residential and light commercial construction. In recent years he has been more involved in interiors and light construction works.
