Case Study - Time-Constricted

Time-Constricted Refurbish of Hospital Theatre Prep Rooms

A week before starting this $600,000 project began, we were informed that due to backlogs in theatre bookings, our timeline had been dramatically shortened. Our refurbishment time was reduced, from 34 days to just 22 days. This was over the Christmas break.

We Worked Day and Night Over Christmas To Resolve Unexpected Issues

This was a highly complex job, and in a health-sensitive environment. Our team worked day and night during the Christmas and New Year period, to meet the new deadlines. We communicated with our client’s representatives on a daily basis to keep them informed of our progress and confident that we were working effectively. We also took care of council consent process during this time.

Our Team Commitment Is To Meet Our Clients’ Requirements

Through our commitment, flexibility, and ability to work co-operatively, we met the urgent deadlines. The contract was completed on time and to budget. We are currently doing regular ongoing great work for this client.
