Commercial Building: Exterior Upgrade and Interior Fitout  

This project involved demolishing the interior of building, and construction of a mezzanine floor with pre-cast stairs. A high quality new interior fitout for a law firm was required. Also needed were, an exterior re-clad, roof remedials, new landscaping, reseal of car park, and upgrade of building services. 

Additional work on a strict timeline 

The project had a strict timeline, and unique safety requirements. The client requested additional work to be completed during the project, and with no additional time allowance.  

Client satisfaction 

Working to site-specific management and health and safety plans, this project was completed to the highest standards and the client noted their great satisfaction with the outcome.
